Under the Korea 4-H Activities Support Act, 4-H in Korea developed into a life-long educational movement with a unique
public/private ownership. This partnership is made possible through the leadership of the Rural Development Administration,
(RDA), in direct reflection of its responsibility as the Korea 4-H Association’s ‘activity supervising organization’.
