Korea 4-H Association (KFA), established in November 1954, is the national private sector non-profit partner of 4-H and the Agricultural Extension System. KFA promotes and encourages young people to be learned by 4-H activities that are providing educational training and support, curriculum development, fostering innovative program, and by working together as catalysts for positive change. KFA is governed by its own Board of Trustees, and it consists of representatives from provincial and local 4-H association, organizations related to 4-H, corporate executives (related to agriculture) and other individual citizens form a wide array of backgrounds, and fosters the second round 4-H movement on the basis of all 4-Hers’ unity across the country.
